Apprentice "Snow Fairy"

A female fairy that wants to become a "Snow Fairy," just like her mother. She is easily distracted, loves eating, and can be somewhat lazy. She wants to become a "Snow Fairy" more than anything except possibly eating waffles! Sugar has the tendency of kissing anyone when she gets excited and her magical instrument is a piccolo. Her equivalent human age is nine years old.
