Apprentice "Wind Fairy"

Sugar's friend Pepper was born into a "Wind Fairy" family and, naturally, she is also working toward becoming a "Wind Fairy." Pepper is laid-back and always going at her own pace. She loves to take care of plants and animals, about which she has abundant knowledge, and her magic instrument is a harp. Her equivalent human age is 9 years old.
